We live in a spectacular, modern 3 story, 4 bedroom, 4 bath house overlooking the Heil Valley Ranch Open Space, part of the Boulder County bike and hike trail system. The living area has 13 foot ceiling with a glass wall looking from the Northeast to the Southeast toward the Open Space and Eastern Front Range. All the rooms are large and have a great view. There are 2 living areas with large screen HD-Tvs, The play room includes a full size table tennis and undersized pool table. Wi-Fi throughout the house, satellite HD-TV
The kitchen is First Class, with a 6 burner gas stove 2 full size refrigerators and all the usual modern appliances. Off the kitchen is a large wrap around deck with a table for 6 and a propane grill.
The Master Bedroom is very large with picture windows, 2 walk in closets and a sunken bath and separate large shower.
We are a non-smoking family of 4 (children age 14 & 16). We have 2 AWD cars with bike racks, 2 small dogs and an cat.

Lyons Colorado is a small town 20 minutes from Boulder and 1 hour from Denver both with world class shopping and culture. Lyons is the home of Planet Bluegrass (http://www.bluegrass.com) a center for folk and bluegrass festivals and music schools. It also has several excellent restaurants including Oskar Blues Brewery and restaurant (http://www.oskarblues.com). Lyons is the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park and the Roosevelt National Forest, both are minutes away. 2 small rivers merge in Lyons that provide fly fishing, rafting, tubing. There is endless hiking and biking (both mountain and road) directly from our door. Trail heads are endless throughout the area.
In the Winter Eudora Ski Resort is 1 hour away and Winter Park, Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Copper Mountain are between a 2-3 hrs drive on I-70. |

We prefer cities in central Europe or big cities in the US. Our only time may be during the school breaks, Year End, April, and a couple of months in Summer

Wendy is a Small Animal Medicine Specialist and Tory is a retired Dentist. We have 2 children, a boy and girl ages 16 and 14
We also have two dogs and a cat that may be able to visit friends while we are gone.
