Fallas is unbelivible fiesta 15-19th of March . It is worth it to see it . The city is woonderful and not overrun by turism!

To walk or bicycle ride in the area is very pleasant. The beaches are incredible beautiful. Sunny Valencia . The city is very atractive and offers cultural and entertainment activities. The building is one of only five in an area that is now a Natural Park and protected from development. Very tranquile and at the same time 5 minutes from orchestra, Museums and all other atractions.
Restaurants are plentiful within walking distance.
A natural bird refuge is within walking distance.

Our house would please you. We have renovated totally kitchen, bathrooms and painted . It is in pristine condition.
We are very careful pesons and expect our guest to be the same. Children if supervised are OK. No smoking in the house.

My wife and I are both doctors and Professors at the University of Pennsylvania. Both are considerate and careful. I speak French, Spanish and little Italian.
I love Italy , France and Spain. We have traveled in all Europe and have now some flexibility with our time as we are retiring.
Love the Arts and love to be active.
