| The apartment is situated directly at the picturesque harbor of Portocolom, which is known as one of the nicest fisher villages on Mallorca. With about 90 square metres living space, two balconies and a large roof terrace it is a perfect place to relax in nice Mediterranean atmosphere. The interior is held in light colors, making the living space luminous. There are big windows to different directions, which let the sunshine enter the apartment in both morning and afternoon hours. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner, a flatscreen tv with satellite receiver, wireless internet access, a dishwashing machine, a gas stove with electric oven. There are two fully equipped bathrooms and a small broom closet. The roof terrace has about 80 sqm with fantastic view to the harbor and the mountainous Sierra de Levante. |

| The village Portocolom is situated on the eastern coast of Mallorca. The coast is rocky and interrupted by little bays with sand beaches, known as "Calas". The apartment is situated on the second floor of a well kept town house and offers a fantastic view over the whole harbor. The town has 3500 inhabitants. During the low season (November till April) the town life is quiet and peaceful, and in the high season months (May till September) it is becoming busier and offers many touristic possibilities and very good infrastructure. There are two beautiful beaches with great water quality right in the village. Just some steps away you will find nice restaurants and cafes. Some of them belong to the best locations on the island. The surroundings offer numerous possibilities for leisure activities, such as boating, surfing, diving, fishing, swimming and sunbathing, golfing and hiking. |

| Iberia is offering flights for reasonable rates from Rome with change in Barcelone or Madrid. For people loving boating: Directly in front of our house there is a yacht charter company that rents out sailing yachts. It will be worth making some trips around the Island Mallorca by car to see all the other scenic locations, the capital Palma or the mountain nature park "Tramuntana" at the west coast. |

We are a small family with one daughter (2 years old). I am a German geologist and run my own IT-business. My Latvian girlfriend is diplomed interpreter for English/German/Russian. After moving from Munich we have been living in Mallorca for 4 years now. We enjoy travelling, hiking, sailing, boating and meeting other cultures. We are non-smoking, very clean and careful with stuff and await the same. Our little daughter is a nice and very well behaved child.
