This spectacular house is located in an exclusive waterfront community in Delray Beach, just 2 lots off the Intracoastal Waterway. It is 4,000 square feet under air, and features soaring ceilings, a marble fireplace, gourmet kitchen, 2 balconies, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an office, and a playroom. There is a playhouse with a slide and swing in the back yard, and tons of toys if you have small children. There is a heated pool with a spa, and if you care to use the fully-equipped dock, there are boat/yacht rentals available nearby.

Our home is in an ideal location. If you rent a boat,you can dock it in your own back yard. You can cruise the Intracoastal or explore the ocean, with spectacular sailing, scuba diving and deep-sea fishing available. The spacious beaches are well-groomed, and just a few minutes away by bicycle or walking.
If you are looking for night life, Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach is 10 minutes away. With exciting night clubs and gourmet dining, you can take a stroll to the ocean after dinner. If you want more night life, Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale and City Place in Palm Beach are each 30 minutes away.
If you want to venture further, South Beach in Miami is an hour away, Key West is 3 hours to the south, and Orlando is 3 hours to the north. If shopping is your pleasure, there are beautiful malls in nearby Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, or take a 45-minute drive to Sawgrass Mills which has every conceivable outlet store, and a mile-long concourse of bargains!

Jim is an emergency medicine physician, in practice in South Florida for over 25 years. Nancy is originally from Quebec, Canada, and is a registered nurse. We enjoy biking, diving, and ice hockey. We have 3 children. Our oldest daughter, Erin, is 21 and living away at college at the University of Florida. Bianca is 10, and William 8 1/2.
