My home is an 1,800 square foot townhouse with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies and a loft. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It is beautifully furnished and for you cooks, I have a professional kitchen with a sub-zero refrigerator (hey, I’m American!) and granite counters. I am open to exchanging cars as well, and there is a covered parking area adjacent to our building. Cable, high speed internet and all utilities will be working and at your disposal.

The community heated pool and sauna are just steps away. I have bicycles and rollerblades at your disposal. I have workout equipment and a gym membership should you desire. The community is a gated private country club. It is beautiful and quiet and the grounds are immaculate. In addition, my boyfriend's home can also be exchanged - it is 1 block from the beach in Delray, 2 blocks from Downtown Delray. It is a duplex also (you will have the 1st floor) and we have bikes, kayaks, surfboards and even a hobie cat for you to use. You can also drive my hybrid suv to get around.

it is full of restaurants, galleries, green markets and live music daily. There are great public golf courses and of course, the beach and the ocean for fishing, sailing, snorkeling kayaking and scuba. Also near by are nature conservatories and wildlife centers. Nearby you can rent boats and jetskis.

Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both 30 minutes away and Miami Beach is 1 hour away, all with world class museums, restaurants, concert halls, theater and the like. Disney is 2 1/2 hours away and the Bahamas are 1/2 hour plane ride. There are also many other Florida attractions that are wonderful day trips (the Florida Keys for example.)You are minutes to the natural wonders of the Everglades and a national wildlife preserve. There is also a daily ferry to the Bahamas. The Sawgrass Mills (40 mins away) is one of the biggest outlet malls in the world, for you shoppers! We are just one mile north of the Boca Raton border, one of the most prestigious communities in the entire United States.
