Notre maison
The house is a terraced duplex. In the first floor there´s a large kitchen with a dining area, a large very sunny living room and a small toilet(with shower). Both kitchen and living room overlook the small but nice garden. In the second floor there´s a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms ( a double and a twin).Air condition and heating in both bedrooms and living room.
There are 2 adult bikes and 2 for children.
This house is located in a complex with swimming pool, paddle-tennis courts and playground area.
Underground parking available since a car would be recommended.
As the house is a second residence the exchange could be non-simultaneous

Notre quartier
This development is located in Costa Ballena resort. It is a 7-minute-walk to a large and peaceful sandy beach ( not so peaceful in August), and 10-15minutes to a new 27-hole golf course.There is also a sailing school in the resort.It´s a great place for children since there are many playground areas. Some shops and restaurants around.
We are very close to many interesting places such as Sanlucar the Barrameda, where you can enjoy its excepcional gastronomy and wines as well as its well-known horse races along the beach, El Puerto de Sta María,with so many things to do and see!, Jerez. It is in this part of Spain where the Sherry is made and other fine wines so everywhere there are wine cellars worth visiting.
This is also a fantastic base for visiting West Andalucia, cities such as Seville (1h15min.), Cadiz (30min.), and places like the "white villages" route,Tarifa, Gibraltar and all of Malaga coast.

We'd like to exchange to a house that could easily accomodate young children.
For the summer exchange our car could be available ( with children´s car seats if needed.)

We are a couple in our forties.Pastor is a sound technician for cinemas and Mariola is a secondary (high) shool language teacher.We have 2 boys,Gonzalo( April 2004 ) and Rodrigo(August 2006).
