We live in this beautiful three floors Villa, with a spectacular 180° view over the " Gulf of the Poets", located in a very prestigeous position on the hills over the lovely village of Lerici in the 5 Terre area. The property has a gorgeous swimming pool and decking area with patio for outdoor dinning overlooking the sea.

Home is located in a very spectacular and exclusive position at walking distance from Lerici downtown: through a very nice path among olive trees ( 15 minutes walk ). There's a bus stop right out of the Villa and car is not strictly necessary, anyway if you have the car : there are no problems for parking right in front of the gate. Lerici is 30 minutes by boat from the " CINQUE TERRE " five beautifull and romantic villages by the sea, UNESCO World Heritage Site, 30 minutes by car from Versilia and Forte dei Marmi , where you can find all the best for italian shopping, 30 minutes by car from Portofino , Lucca , Pisa , 1,5 hours by car from Florence , Firenze and Chianti.
You can practice wonderful hiking, and just 5 minutes away from the house there is a nine hole golf course. From Lerici's dock there are daily ferries to the Cinqueterre (www.navigazionegolfodeipoeti.it ).
The nearest train station is La Spezia centrale, or Sarzana . ( Italian railways timetable www.trenitalia.com )

The Villa consists of 3 apartments on three levels connected by external stairs each one with private entrance:

First Floor Guests Apartment ( max 2 people ): 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom, (ceiling in first level bedroom and bathroom are around 2 mt. high, 6,2 feet ), one fully appointed kitchen including gas stove microwave dishwasher laundry machine, large living room, Tv, wireless internet connection 24h

Second Floor Guests Apartment ( max 4 people ): 1 masterbedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, one fully appointed kitchen including gas stove microwave dishwasher laundry machine, dinning room ,living room, Sat TV, Wireless internet connection 24h.

Each level has its own patio , with spectacular view over the Gulf Of the Poets

The Pool area is in common
We live on the third level. Each level is about 100 square mt.

Each level can be exchanged or rented separately.

We love meeting new people and we prefer not simultaneus exchange.
We own another property in Milan too which could be swaped for short periods.
