The house is a simple but beautiful home with with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything has been remodeled/updated. It has a 400 sq ft screen porch in back as well as a pool and tiki bar in part of the back yard. The rear yard is tropically landscaped (Key West style). It’s a very charming and fun house with all wood floors and open plan. There is a marble fire pit table and new BBQ gas grill as well. There are many different beaches and golf courses a close distance (10-15 minutes away). Smoking is permitted outside only.
I can also offer 2 timeshares which are right on the beach. One is in Pompano/FT Lauderdale area which is new, and a very nice resort with big accomodations. You can view at www.efairfield.com under Florida and then Royal Vista. The other is in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea and has a nice private beach with great snorkeling and diving right off it and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It can be viewed at www.costadel.com. Combinations of house and condos are certainly available. |

| The neighborhood is in a beautiful gated community with a private golf course. It’s a lushly and maturely landscaped neighborhood with quiet winding roads. There’s virtually no traffic and perfect for walking or biking in the day or night. The home sits on a private cul-de-sac and is extremely quiet. The neighborhood is 50% full-time residents and 50% seasonal (snowbirds). The beach is less than ten minutes as well as the charming town of Delray Beach with outdoor cafes, shops, and restaurants. West Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale are less than a 1/2 hour drive, Miami/South Beach is approx. 1 hr drive and it's less than 2 hours to the Florida Keys (Key Largo/Islamorada) . |

Our hobbies are anything water related such as scuba diving and boating. In addition, we are avid tennis and golf players. This is why Florida is the perfect locations for our home.
