I am offering my 808 sq ft apartment at the heart of Gràcia neighborhood.
It is a modern penthouse, comfortable and functional, surrounded by large windows through which a high amount of light and sunlight gets in throughout the day. Extremely quiet and not noisy at all, even though being situated in one of the most fashionable nerve centers in Barcelona. It offers a privileged view to the city’s North-West, since the nearby buildings are at a fair distance.
The apartment is fully equipped and has central heating. It has wooden floors.
It has a large living-room with a comfortable designer sofa, table and chairs, TV, stereo system and dimmable lighting, as well as Wi-Fi Internet.
There are 2 bedrooms, each with double bed. The main bedroom communicates with a complete bathroom (bathtub and bidet) and a dressing room with large wardrobes. The second room has an spacious wardrobe, too. All rooms have windows to let the light and sunlight get in, creating a lively atmosphere.
The kitchen is ample and equipped (natural gas stove, electric oven, blender, complete kitchenware, tableware, etc.) with access to an exterior laundry with washing machine.

The apartment is at the heart of Gràcia district. The district’s main cultural and touristic attraction is, without doubt, the Güell Park, the admired Antoni Gaudí’s work. Even so, the animated life of alleys in Gràcia, full of spectacular bars, cozy cafes, international restaurants, food markets with Mediterranean-lifestyle products, charming shops and designer stores, make the district one of the most appealing places in the city. Gràcia keeps its own character of an independent municipality, despite the fact of belonging to Barcelona since more than a century ago.
The apartment is at a 10-minutes walk from Gaudí’s La Pedrera and Casa Batlló and at 20 minutes from the Sagrada Familia and the city center. It has two nearby subway stations by walk, as well as bus stops with a wide range of lines, which connect with every area in the city, from the sea to the mountain.
Gràcia distinguishes itself for being the venue of avant-garde and alternative cultural centers. The Lliure Theater or the Verdi Cinema are just a couple of examples.
The character of Gràcia and its inhabitants is reflected in the name of many of its streets: Liberty, Fraternity, Legality, John Lennon Square, Revolution Square...
