Las Adelfas is a consolidated and gated luxury complex right by the beach in San Pedro de Alcántara, roughly 1 minute by car to the centre of town, 5 minutes to Puerto Banús – although actually it’s within easy walking distance of both and 10 minutes to Marbella.

Owners in the complex enjoy the use of 2 sizeable community swimming pools and lush, immaculately maintained tropical gardens.

This is the ideal place, if you are looking for somewhere for family close to beaches, clubs, golf, tennis and wonderful restaurants and places of interest.

Briefly the house has: Garden, terrace, main bedroom en suite and another bedroom with own bathroom, kitchen and indoor dining room overlooking pool, plus outdoor dining table in the terrace.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted as we love to cook. We are reached through electric gates with parking in our courtyard for one car.

The house has heating and air aconditioning, The sun shines for 300 days a year.

Everything for a holiday packed with activity and excitement or quiet and relaxed with a book and a shady corner. The beaches are sandy, safe and clean and there is long boardwalk that runs from Marbella to Puerto Banus with access to miles of beachfront. Alongside are fabulous gardens overflowing with tropical and semi tropical plants, a climate guaranteed to make you smile,and great food and wine in the little beachfront bars. Our house is 40 minutes from Malaga International airport and the beach, golf, tennis, paddle, gym, spas, hiking, diving, kite surfing, horse riding are all nearby, but our area is a haven of peace and quiet, much prized on the coast. We are day trip distance to Ronda and Granada with North Africa 35 minutes by hovercraft. In fifteen minutes you can find yourself exploring the old town of Marbella and the glitzy waterfront at Puerto Banus,with its millionaire boats, or spend an afternoon in the 'white' mountain villages of rural Spain.

We have an English and French speaking doorman that will take care of anything that concerns you during your stay and offer local advice and information. We do not have a car available, but recommend Autos Lido car hire from Malaga airport. There are also some friendly English neighbors in the complex...

This is our holiday home and so dates do not have to coincide.

Our house is our second home so available anytime, but we prefer July becouse kids school holidays. We try very hard to reply to every enquiry and we always consider every offer carefully.

We are a family of five. Jose and Gema are dad and mum, both 44 years old. Jose is a mathematician working as salesman in an IT company and Gema is an economist working in a saving bank. We have three children, Alba 10 years old, Adriana 9 years old and Gonzalo 6 years old. They are very well behaved. We love to know new places, nature and also big cities.
