our apartment, recently restored, included in a building of 30 flats, is very nice, bright and well kept. it's situated in a quiet area, in front of the beach (just across the street). it's on the 3rd floor, with elevator.

the area of the apartment is approximately 70 square metres (83,719 sq. yards). there is: the master bedroom, containing one double bed; a second bedroom, containing a double bed; a living room with a divan-bed; one bathroom; a small kitchen with a gas-stove, an oven and a fridge; a storage cellar. there is a balcony (where is possible eating, but not in winter, of course) with a fabulous sea view! we don't have a garage, but there is free parking-place in the condo. the apartment is equipped with central heating, satellitare tv, microwave oven, hair-drier, washing machine and air conditioning. restaurants and shopping facilities nearby: in the condo, at the ground floor, there is a restaurant and a news stand. We have 3 bicycles available

venice lido is just a few minutes, by water bus, from the historic centre of venice, one of the most famous cities in the world. the venice lido, 1.5 km (0,932 miles) from st. mark's, is an elegant bathing resort and residential area, situated on one of the islands, 12 km (7,456 miles) long, which separate the lagoon from the adriatic sea. along the marconi promenade there is the palazzo del cinema, famous for the annual cinema exhibition. of particular architectural interest are the prestigious grand hotel des bains and grand hotel excelsior, in moorish style. at the southernmost part of the island, beyond the nice village malamocco, there is alberoni, a residential and tourist area, with a golf course and a long beach.

as we like swimming, we prefer accommodation with swimming pool, no matter if private or belonging to the block, or near a beach where to swim safely

our family includes my wife fiorella (56 years old), my son davide (33 years old), my daughter valeria (15 years old) and myself renzo (57 years old). i am a chartered accountant, my wife is a counselor and davide is a computer technician. we live in the euganean hills, in a small town about 70 km far from venice.

Davide married Nadia in 2010 and now they live alone, nearby.
