Notre maison
The house has three floors, four bedrooms , three bathroom, and a living room.
Outside it has front garden, 40 metres back garden with a private pool. We have garden furniture and BBQ for outside dining.
In summer it´s very confortable take breakfast/dinner in the garden

Notre quartier
Valdemoro is a very quiet village in the south of Madrid. The surround is plenty of olive tree.
There are two large parks with playground for the children close to my home. It is 5 minutes walking from a shopping Centre with supermarket, cinemas, pubs, shops etc..
Madrid has a lot of things to do and the public transport is very efficient.
One really good point is that Valdemoro has train station, which has excellent, services every 30 minutes to Madrid capital taking about 30 minutes. It is very easy to go to the city centre ,for instance, you can see museums in the morning(Prado , Tyssen, Arqueological…) ,and go for a walk in the afternoon in Retiro (a beautiful park in the centre of Madrid).
See Segovia , Toledo, Chinchon , Aranjuez is possible by train in one-one and half hour.
Valdemoro is near Warner Park (ideal for the children and adults too,why not?).

There are 4 of us.My husband(Rober) and myself(Azu) are in the early forties´ and two children (Rodri 9, and Marina 6).
Rober is voice over and works in radio,he runs(every day)and he likes discovering new places .I work for a private company .I like handycrafts ,swimming, pottery and travelling of course.
We are non-smokers and wish to exchange with non-smokers.
